What is a King’s Way Business Sponsor?
King’s Way business sponsors advance the mission of King’s Way by advertising at King’s Way events, in athletics facilities, and/or digital and print media.
Reasons to Become a Business Sponsor
- Advance our mission: Funds support opportunities for students to participate in excellent academic and extracurricular programs in a Christ-centered environment
- Support community events: Sponsorships enable King’s Way to offer events like the Annual Auction, King’s Way Classic Golf Tournament, After Hours mixer, Light Night, and Daddy/Daughter Dance.
- Business exposure: Sponsorship provides visibility for your business across the King’s Way community of more than 4,000 members
- Tax incentives: Amounts paid above value are tax-deductible charitable contributions. Businesses may also be able to deduct the portion that is not a charitable donation as an advertising or other business expense. Please consult with your tax accountant for the deductibility of your gift. (King’s Way Christian Schools is a registered non-profit organization under the IRS 501(c)(3) requirement, Tax ID # 47-3890449).

We offer a wide range of opportunities for your business to support King’s Way, including single-event sponsorship, campus banners, pre-bundled or custom sponsorship packages, the KW business directory, and in-kind donations.

Annual Auction
Annual Auction – A fundraising event that celebrates and supports the mission of King’s Way.
Benefits of Each Sponsorship Package
Present Sponsor
As a Title Sponsor, you will receive the highest level of sponsorship recognition and table for 10. Premium placement in room and top logo placement on all event materials.
Dinner Sponsor
As a Dinner Sponsor, you will receive optimal sponsorship recognition and table for 10. Premium placement in room and company logo on tables, program etc.
Bar Sponsor
As a Bar Sponsor, you will be given several recognition opportunities, table for 10, bar signage and customized benefits are available (e.g. logo on napkins, cups, signature cocktail).
Audio Visual (A-V) Sponsor
As an Audio Visual Sponsor, you will be given several recognition opportunities and table for 10. Also the option to play up to a one-minute video commercial during the program.
Raise The Paddle (Paddle Raise) Sponsor
As a Raise the Paddle Sponsor, you will be given several recognition opportunities, table for 10, and logo printed on all attendee paddles.
Silent Auction Sponsor
As a Silent Auction Sponsor, you will receive optimal sponsorship recognition and table for 10. Logo placement on silent auction tables and program etc.
Dessert Dash Sponsor
As a Dessert Dash Sponsor, you will receive optimal sponsorship recognition and table for 10. Logo placement on dessert table and program etc.
Table Sponsor
As a Table Sponsor, you will receive recognition and a table for 10.
After Hours
After Hours – A 21+ community mixer for connecting with King’s Way parents, faculty, administrators.

Presenting Sponsor
Includes team registration for 4 golfers, hole sponsorship, business name or logo displayed at the course, top position logo placement on all tournament literature and web page, social media shout outs, and verbal and visual recognition at the awards banquet.
Swag Sponsor
The golfer’s Thank you for coming swag will be co-branded with King’s Way and our Sponsor. One will be handed out to every player. Comes with a foursome.
Snacks/Water Sponsor
Your logo on event signage and opportunity to put promo item highlighting your company in each bag. The bags will include all types of swag and snacks for the day. Comes with a foursome.
Breakfast Sponsor
Includes business name or logo on tournament web page, and verbal and visual recognition at the breakfast kickoff. Comes with two golf spots.
Banquet Sponsor
Includes business name or logo on tournament web page, and verbal and visual recognition at the banquet. Comes with two golf spots.
Beverage Cart Sponsor
Beverage cart will have your company logo on it throughout the entire day. Comes with two golf spots.
Cart Sponsor
Every golfer’s cart will have your company logo on it throughout the entire day. Comes with two golf spots.
Hole Sponsor (Hole + a foursome)
Includes a sign at the tee box with business name or logo, access for business representative to hand out literature/giveaways.
