Alice

King’s Way Christian Schools holds an ALICE Organizational Certification, which means all King’s Way employees are required to annually renew their ALICE training certificate, our Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) includes ALICE strategies, and we conduct age appropriate drills to prepare students in case of an emergency.

CPR & Narcan

All King’s Way employees are required to renew their CPR and Narcan training as needed.

Safety Drills

We prepare for all kinds of emergencies using our Standard Response Protocols (Soft Lock, Hard Lock, Evacuation, and Shelter), tailoring each safety drill for an age appropriate response.

Safety and Security Advisory Committee

Composed of law enforcement and first responders from our community the Safety & Security Advisory Committee assist in crafting our long term planning and provide expertise.

Daily

On campus health staff for medical issues and emergencies.
Secured entrances via office check-in.
24/7 external and internal security cameras.

Trained, Volunteer Team Patrols the Campus Daily

WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads Of Great Students) is a family and community engagement educational initiative. The goal of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program is to provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important, as well as provide an extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
