Where Are They Now? Natalie is building a strong foundation in leadership and community at Oregon State University, where she is majoring in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Communications to pursue a future in Human Resources or organizational development. At OSU, she has been actively involved in Kappa Alpha Theta, serves as a Peer Mentor in the College of Business, and has gained hands-on experience through an internship with the National Women’s Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation and as a Student CEO in the Microbusiness Program. One of her highlights has been coaching All University Sing, where she helped lead a team of 48 students through a six-month production, earning 1st Place and Best Coaches. Looking ahead, Natalie is excited for new opportunities, including an HR internship with Washington Trust Bank and a role at Dixon Recreation Center, as she continues to invest in the communities around her.

Favorite KW Memory: Creating Pass for a Purpose – an initiative that brought students together to support organizations like Children’s Center Mental Health and Shared Hope International. Seeing it continue today makes it especially meaningful, knowing it still makes an impact and remains a lasting part of her connection to King’s Way.

Advice for Current KW Students: “Have the courage to do what’s right, not what’s easy. There will be moments when speaking up feels uncomfortable or even intimidating, but those are the moments that matter most. Always use your voice with purpose, lead with integrity, and stand up for others, even when it would be easier to stay silent. Trust that honoring your values will always be worth it, even when it asks more of you.”  – “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed.” (Isaiah 1:17)
