On April 19th King’s Way will have it’s 15th annual auction.  Our goal is to raise $160,000 through the sale of sponsorships, dinner tickets, silent and live auction items, and the paddle raise.  It is our largest fundraiser and all proceeds go directly back to King’s Way.

This years funds will impact both students and teachers in a number of ways including expanding our Fine Arts & STEM programs, ongoing teacher education, safety & security upgrades, improving exterior lighting, and Tuition Assistance.  Every dollar earned at the auction is an investment in the lives of our children and ultimately in the community at large.

If you are curious about the auction or wondering how you can help, please feel free to attend one of our auction meetings! This is a great way to meet other King’s Way parents!

  • Thursday, February 7th, 8:30am in the Development Office (upstairs in the Elementary building across from room 220)
  • Thursday, March 7th, 8:30am in the Development Office
  • Thursday, March 28th, 8:30am in the Development Office
  • Thursday, April 11th, 8:30am in the Development Office

Here are more ways you can help…

Volunteer: If you are curious about the auction or wondering how you can help, please feel free to attend any of our auction meetings.  If you’re unable to attend, email us and we can find something for you.

Class Project: Each class at King’s Way puts together an item to sell at the annual auction.  The class project is assembled and created through a collaborative effort of the students, parents and teachers.
At last years auction, class projects alone raised almost $30,000!
We are looking for a parent, or team of parents, from each class to help organize their class’s project.  You don’t need to be creative to step up to the task…a willing spirit is all you need!  We’ll give you tons of tools, resources & ideas.  We’ll also walk you through each step of the process!

Donate: Do you have an idea for an auction item?  There are a variety of opportunities to contribute.  Shoot us an email and we can get you more information.

Attend: Early bird registration and pricing is open now!  Visit the REGISTRATION PAGE for more information.
