King’s Way Christian Schools has a tradition of assisting families of students that hope to attend King’s Way.
King’s Way Christian Schools has a tradition of assisting families of students that hope to attend King’s Way. We have a desire to serve God by meeting needs within the community, equipping students to impact their culture. Financial aid awards are granted based on a student’s demonstration of need. Each family is responsible for Registration and all other school related costs.

Process & Timeline

  • Student must be registered for the upcoming school year by submitting an online student registration application.
  • The financial aid application fee is $35 (per family) and will be collected at the end of this application. This fee is non-refundable.

Returning Students

  • Financial aid applications are due by May 1st.
  • Financial aid award determinations are made during the last week of May.
  • Award notification will be communicated via email 
  • If the financial aid award is declined, the registration fee minus $50 per application will be refunded.

New Students

  • Financial aid award determinations are made during May – August.
  • Award notification will be communicated via email upon award determination.
  • If the financial aid award is declined, the registration fee minus $50 per application will be refunded.

Rules for Acceptance of Financial Aid

  • Academic: Student must maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA or equivalent (C+ average) and receive a passing grade (D or above) in all classes.
  • Attendance: Student cannot exceed 10 absences per semester.
  • Behavior: Student has no suspensions or multiple detentions.
  • Involvement: Student must maintain involvement in the King’s Way community through participation in co-curricular events such as missions, athletics, and/or other related activities that demonstrate commitment to King’s Way.
  • Financial: Parents/guardians are responsible for the remaining tuition balance plus any school related fees such as athletic fees, childcare, school lunches, late fee’s, etc. All monthly tuition payments must be made on time.  More than one late payment may result in the financial aid award being reduced or revoked.
  • Volunteer: Parents/guardians, or their student, are required to volunteer a minimum of 20 hours of service to King’s Way or a local non-profit organization. The volunteer hour commitment will be outlined in the financial aid agreement letter, along with volunteer activities and opportunities.
