Learning Center Re-Enrollment
Dear Parent or Guardian:
We at King’s Way Learning Center have appreciated the opportunity to provide your family with quality early childhood education this past year. It is the time of year when we begin to prepare for next fall. This includes giving our current families the option of early enrollment. Enclosed in this packet is all the paperwork that is required for your child’s file and for our billing department. This includes the re-enrollment form and the financial contract. We will be upgrading our procare software this year. Due to some information being lost in transfer, we need you to fill in all current authorized pick ups on this form. If you need more than three, we have an additional form that you may fill out. All other authorized pick ups will be deleted from our computer files once we make the transfer. Make sure to review the fee schedule carefully before filling out the financial contract. Please go to our website and read the updated parent handbook. If you need a hard copy of this, you may ask in the front office. Remember, all re-enrollments must be accompanied by the applicable registration fees.
