Carpool Listings

General Information

If you are interested in carpooling, please e-mail your request to JenniferGilroy@kwcs.org. Please provide the following information:

  1. The number of students needing transportation;
  2. The number of students you can transport, if any;
  3. The days/times (morning or afternoon) which you need and/or can provide transportation;
  4. The area in which you live; and
  5. A contact phone number.

Please allow 3-4 days to process your request.

Please note that this information is provided as a service for King’s Way parents. By publishing your information on the King’s Way website, you acknowledge that this information is open to the public and is not password-protected. Please use caution when coordinating transportation.

This site is updated weekly. If your carpool needs are met, please e-mail the above address to remove your request.

152nd and Padden Parkway

Parent needs help transporting two students, mostly to school in the morning. Can provide afternoon transportation for up to two other students on Wednesdays and share the morning transportation during the week. Please call Amy at 360.606.3683.

162nd and Ward Road (Padden)

Parent needs transportation for MS student most afternoons (Thursdays would be minimal). Can transport 3 students to school every morning. Please call Robin at 360-944-7516.

Felida (just north of Felida Park)

Parent needs occasional transportation home for one afternoon kindergartner. Can transport one afternoon kindergartner to school, if needed. Please call Laura to make arrangements at 503-936-8803.

Hazel Dell (off 78th St)

Parent needs afternoon transportation Monday through Friday for 2 elementary students. Can transport up to 4 additional students to school Wednesday through Friday mornings. Please call Heather at 600-1838.

La Center

Parent would like to share afternoon transportation of up to 2 students with other parents in the La Center area. Can provide afternoon transportation for one other student on Tuesdays/Thursdays and two students on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays. Flexible on days. Minnehaha

Parent needs transportation after school for 1 student. Willing to pay High School student. Can transport up to three children in the the morning. Please call Angela at 360-910-0419.

Ridgefield/La Center

Parent needs afternoon transportation for a HS student home to Ridgefield Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Willing to use a high school student, provided he/she is a licensed driver with a good driving record. Can transport up to 2 kids every morning, but willing to provide gas money if transportation arrangements are not necessary or cannot be made for your student. Lives off of Pioneer Street by the I-5 junction. Please call Maureen at 607-7725.

Washougal (Mt. Norway area)

Parent would like to share transportation with other families in the Washougal area. Has 2 children (one MS student/one ES student) and can transport up to 4 more to and/or from school. Very flexible. Call Justine at 335-8614 or 518-7453.
